If anyone would like to help with the project feel free to PM me. Some things simply won't be possible for the NES and some things will be more trouble than their worth. I definitely won't be porting every aspect of the game. This will be a long-term project as my ASM skills are still in development. This hack aims to take much of the content from Mega Man Powered Up and bring it to the NES in full 8-bit glory. I'll begin by listing the goals of the project.
